I stayed here with my parents for two nights and it was a pleasant stay.

The owners are nice people, we received a bottle of their wine as a gift. The apartment was very clean, ours was at the top floor (3rd), so we enjoyed a nice view of the sea (I imagine you can't see much from the lower levels because of the trees).

It was a pleasure to have breakfast in the morning with that view. It is situated on probably the worst road in Petrčane, but oh well.

It has a TV with Croatian and some international channels, as well as Wi-fi, though I didn't use it. All in all I recommend this place, it's very close to the post office, and the grocery shops and bakery are nearby as well.

We stayed at Apartments Parać in august 2012. The place is quite hard to find despite Petrcane is small village. The apartments are very suitable for family, there was a bedroom with doublebed, second bedroom with two separate beds, bathroom with shower and well equipped kitchen. There is a spare couch in kitchen, dining table and aircon. The beach is not far, but I would not call it sandy beach as stated at booking.com. The Vir island is very closed, as well as small village Nin with long sandy beach. It is really easy to get to Zadar, where you can do some sightseeing, find good restaurants and enjoy swinning at Sea Organ, which is must see in Zadar.
