Good hotel in a great location.
Good breakfast.
Good service.
Clean and a nice pool.
We got a good price for our room with breakfast
The room is VERY STANDARD I would expect more little touches of hospitality that don't cost the owner much but add a lot to the feeling you are a wanted guest and not just another wallet to take money from. More a question of the mood not the physical makeup of the room. Not hard or expensive for the owners who have every right to their fair profit.

This was our chosen destination of our honeymoon second week. We were both a little concerned due to the variety of reviews this hotel gets . However we were pleasantly surprised! We chose it due to location and it was one of the more affordable options that had a pool. The reception and pool area nice and clean. Our room was actually quite nice with a decent balcony that had a lovely view. Speaking to other guests during the stay it does appear the quality of room varies but we certainly couldn't complain.
We booked this ourselves in plenty of advance and did not include breakfast as we didn't see the value of 10 euros each per day. We were correct as it was from what we were told average at best. The price we paid was reasonable others who booked through an agent had paid a lot more. This I could understand the dissatisfaction of guests. It is a good 3 star hotel but didn't feel as luxurious as 4 star hotels I have stayed in. Overall it suited us and was nice for the price.

Plus points for access to beach 10 euros and the reception staff were lovely and helpful.

We are still here as I write this.
On arrival reception staff were friendly and helpful
When we got to rooms they are clean but very dated and run down and I desperate need of a refit which kind of describes the whole hotel.
It needs money spending on it.

The pool has plenty of sun beds and free towels and waiter service and the views from the pool are beautiful

The breakfast is basic but not the greatest quality

The location makes this good value with a few good restaurants and close to the beach and the cable car (6e return)

You can use some beaches for free but buy an umbrella as there is no shade. There are sun beds with parasols but they cost 15e Per person

Overall staff and cleanliness good
Hotels and food poor

If your looking for a cheap break it's ok

We spent 2 weeks here in the end of July (310). The restaurant personnel ("recerscioni" in Italian), Angela, Rosy and Angioletta, have been making our days almost every evening. They've been really nice, easy-going, ready-to-help and at the same time efficient and client-oriented. Frankly, this is the only positive thing we can think of in regard of the hotel. In any other respect the hotel is miles away from 4 stars with exorbitant pricing and low standards.

This is a good, clean hotel located near the beaches in Taormina. Our room had excellent views of the sea and a large, beautiful balcony with lounge chairs to sit and stare out at the shore. The location was terrific as it was located about 5 minutes walk to the cable car to the city. The atmosphere down near the beaches is more relaxed than the busy city, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants, shopping and sites of the city itself. The downside was that this was the ONLY hotel we stayed in in Italy that did not have free-wifi and charged for parking each night.
