Hotel Ola is in the Seget District outside of Trogir. It was a short ride from the airport.

The Hotel opened in April 2017 and very modern with lovely views of the bay and harbor. We reserved the Deluxe Suite for a stay, only to discover that it was actually two adjoining rooms with a single door connecting them. While technically a two room suite, it is not a suite. We returned the key for the second room to the registration desk when we discovered that was the style of the accommodations. They were kind enough to only charge for the room we occupied.

The beds are Swedish and very firm, to the point of being borderline uncomfortable. There was a number of pillow selections available. Housekeeping was excellent.

There is a construction oddity in the bathroom. The shower drain is not centered in the stall so that water accumulates on the floor outside. Easily fixed by a well place towel.

The hotel does have an lovely infinity outdoor pool and indoor pool located in the spa, both unheated, along with a steam room and sauna that must be started upon your arrival. They are not kept online when not in use, so prepare to wait.

The board for breakfast is excellent, they do need to practice cooking soft boiled eggs. Dinner fare was eclectic, the octopus stew special was excellent.

The view from the balcony is stunning. The lovely blue waters are mesmerizing as the sailboats move back and forth in the bay.

There an electric shuttle service to both the water taxi and local public beach. We decided to walk as the view is beautiful and relaxing.

While still a work in progress we were very happy with the property and location. The staff was great!

I was so happy I booked our last few days of our holiday at this hotel..it was a special treat. It was a lovely (fairly new) hotel, with wonderful staff and amenities..and all the special touches that made one feel really spoiled. The food...for breakfast and lunch was excellent (bear in mind this can be classified as a 'wellness hotel), and even the room service menu underscore this notion, but it is excellent. The rooftop pool has a lovely view.,and we loved spending a few hours here just soaking up the sun and relaxing. There is to many great things to mention..suffice to say I would really love to return again in the future. I must however make special mention of Karolina at front desk. She was so friendly and helpful at all times that it made it a pleasure to approach her for assistance wrt exscursions or transport. I must also mention, that my wife accidently left her camera in the taxi we used to the airport on the morning of departure, and the staff at Ola found it and went out of their way to get it returned to us in South Africa..that and much more made this Saturday at Ola very special indeed.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It is a lovely modern hotel. It is in an elevated position so there are great views of the sea, many islands, Trogir and Split in the distance, from restaurant terrace, roof sun deck and all the rooms face the sea.

Four top things are

1. Fantastic views
2. Excellent breakfast
3. Relaxation sun roof with infinity pool
4. Strong wifi signal everywhere in the hotel

There is a regular small ferry to Trogir a few minutes walk down on the sea front, which takes about 10 minutes. Costs 20k each way

We went on a couple of excursion that left right outside the hotel or from the sea front.

No kettle in room, but we brought our own! The air conditioning is supposedly automatic, but I seem to have to turn it on manually each evening.

Overall, a great stay in a lovely hotel

Utterly enjoyed our stay at Ola, a brilliant new little hotel just outside of Trogir. Lovely rooms with beautiful sea views. Ok, the open bathrooms may not be everybody's cup of tea, but the big balconies are just wonderful. There is a rooftop infinity pool (could be slightly warmer) and very comfy sun chairs.
The highlight is definitely the restaurant with their paleo cooking (no gluten products). Chef Ružica has come up with some really original creations, all fresh and local, e.g. shark fillet or gluten-free pasta. And the breakfast buffet is prepared with so much love that I would consider it one of the best ever.
Also recommended: the sailing trip with Olympian Toni on a real sports yacht.
A brilliant hotel - thank you for making our stay special!

Really love this contemporary hotel, fabulous facilities, excellent staff, great rooftop pool with magnificent views. We stayed a week and it was total luxury. The rooms are really lovely, beds super comfy, but there is no wall on the bathroom! only a glass door which goes over the shower or the toilet cubicle... make sure you know your room mate very well! There are loo's up at pool level, at the bar and down at conference room level.
The spa is great, massages are lovely, the ladies in the spa are very informative on exercise and nutrition and do everything to ensure you get a great experience.
The breakfast is fantastic.. so much choice, a la carte choices too, all juices, fruit, coffee, teas, fabulous paleo breads, some pastries, cheese, meats.. tons to eat.
You can sit outside and enjoy the view while having dinner, breakfast or a drink.
The menu is Paleo so I found that after 3 days I wanted more variety so went into the local town of Trogir which is a joy itself. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
