Table linen snow white, windows to the kitchen widely open, staff immaculately tidy with hair covered. These guys / ladies absolutely work as a team, know to cook and serve. If one is busy, others help. The main waitress (I guess) was friendly and helpful with food selection and in general. I heard her speaking in at least 3 languages without any worries.
Slightly away from Rab town tourist stampedo and top locations, this restaurant offers big variety of food, perhaps seafood would be you first choice. Grilled hake was perfect as well as grilled squid, both with classic spinach&potato sidedish. All this after mussels in delicious sauce (buzara) as a starter.
Most likely you will be offered free grappa at the end and conclude a nice evening.
