We heard from people here at the Hyatt resort that this was the best fish restaurant in Bali, They were all correct. We were shown our main course before it was grilled. As an appetizer we were given fried potato wedges, which were excellent. Then our meal came. It was a complete grouper, which was not deboned. The taste was extra-fresh and tasty, but neither my wife nor I care to fight for our meal (having to debone the fish, etc.). The setting is directly on Benoa harbor, with exceptional views of the passing boats, airplanes coming in to land at Denpasar, and people enjoying the water sports of the area (parasailing, seadoo-ing, etc.). All in all it was a good experience, but we just didn't like fighting to fish bones. Service and taste were excellent!
