“Bath time”
Reviewed 18 September 2012 for a stay in July 2012

Once we had found the Maltings - it was rather easy to miss the turning on the High Street - we were glad to have booked such a pleasant place to stay whist doing a quick trip to Bath and Bristol. Everything was very clean and comfortable for the three of us.

“Visit to Bath to see my new granddaughter”
Reviewed 19 June 2012 for a stay in May 2012

My stay at the Malthouses was excellent, very convenient for Bath with buses into the city stopping at the top of the road. The cottage was very comfortable, well furnished and very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were particularly good. As I was on my own I wanted for nothing but if there had been three of us I think we would have been washing up very regularly. Perhaps a few more items of crockery and cutlery would be helpful and also when the temperature is high the living room upstairs could get very warm, however my next door neighbours requested a fan and the owners delivered one straight away. I had no complaints at all and Terri and David, the owners, were a delight to deal with.

“clean,cosy, comfortable well located property”
Reviewed 31 May 2012 for a stay in May 2012

From booking it was very professionally organised. Payment was secure, guidelines for access to property were superb. Welcoming pack was extremely generous and the facilities were top class. All rooms excellent with very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Living and dining area well equipped and most functional.it was great to be able to park the car securely and there was perfect access to Bath by means of public transport., which is 2 mins walk from the door. Local amenities were very accessible, and it proved to be an excellent base from which to explore Bath and the surrounding countryside. We found it a home from home and would definitely recommend it to our friends

“Lovely refurbished cottage within easy reach of Bath using puplic transport”

We enjoyed our first stay at this cottage so much we returned within the year! Well appointed, very clean and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. We parked our car and didn't need to use it again as the public transport is very reliable and the nearest bus stop is only about 50m away. There are a couple of pubs, a local convenience store and a fish and chip shop nearby. The cottage was very easy to book with payment being very secure and easy access to the property on the day of arrival.

We will definitely book again at the Malthouse and would recommend it to anyone.
