Just returned from a wonderfully relaxing holiday in Rhodes!

We were greeted late evening and taken to a beautiful room in the newer suites - gorgeous & immaculately clean.

We enjoyed having the choice of 2 pools and relieved to find there was no need to early-shotgun sunbeds! Also enjoyed the charming beach just a stones throw away.

All hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful; any issue raised was dealt with promptly. Really impressed!

Food was beautiful and catered for 3 picky eaters - although fussy vegetarians/vegans may struggle.

Hotel sat away from beautiful Lindos itself but there is a bus stop just outside hotel. Taxi home was approx 9 euros - but avoid the unfriendly American taxi driver who reduced me to tears :(

Recommend the car rental service available in the hotel lobby; perfect for visiting Rhodes City - Old Town is a must see.

Only negative would be the unfortunate smell around the front of the hotel.

Overall a beautiful and very friendly hotel & I'm bewildered by the negative reviews!

Would I come back here , the answer is YES !

Having just returned , of a family of 5 ...

This place has its faults , which we can all see differently ...
But our family had a great time .
No running for sun beds at 6am .... get them at any time of the day .
The food choice in the restaurant , superb , with 3 teens , hard to please them all , but they did it .

All the staff are friendly , if spoken to , as you would be expected to be spoken to...

If you want a nice relaxing holiday , then this is the place to go ....

We loved it ...

We stayed here in July and it was our worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. Staff were miserable, especially the bar staff at the bottom pool, the only way to get them to smile was to tip them, food was just above average. We were all inclusive but still had to pay to have drinks in the reception area where there was no atmosphere. Cocktails were served from a carton really exotic got better from lidls. Entertainment was rubbish, pool and the hotel areas stank of excrement (not the thing to smell whilst you are eating ) There are sewage pipes in front of the dining room in an open pit leading from hotel to the main sewage tank behind the pool bar. For our entire holiday the smell was horrendous.

We have made a serious complaint to Thomsons regarding this hotel.

Like a lot of other travellers we had read bad reviews prior to travelling but decided to go ahead. As soon as we arrived the stench was horrendous and asked the holiday rep to be moved. We were offered alternative accomodation but we had to find the hotel and resort ourselves and also pay a cancellation fee and transfers and the cost for the new hotel.

It maybe that the issues we had in the time we were there have been resolved but that is of no help to ourselves. We saved hard for this holiday and have wasted every penny. We have rated this hotel as it was for us, the problems with the hotel have been ongoing since last year and should have been resolved prior to this year which they clearly were not.

I booked this hotel a year ago... and like many im guessing reading the last few reviews i was really worried. TO THE POINT I CONTACTED TOMSON TO CHANGE!

I am currently staying here and have been here just shy of a week and have another week to go along with the other 24 guest we booked with.

The Hotel is spotless the maids clean your room every day.
The hotel is in Two parts the upper pool area (shallow family pools by family block) and the lower pool that is deeper but also has a childs area.

Aĺl the staff are friendly and nothing has been too much for them.
The manager has been good helping with extra help with our wedding plans even offering the use of the chappel for extra shots for our photo album.
The restaurant manager even offered me some soothing Gel when he saw i was burnt walking through the dining area.

While im on the are of Dining... I can not emphasise how good this restaurant is... the food selection is so vast and the quality of it is of high standard.

The Guest we invited back after our wedding paid the 35 euro at 6pm had a meal and drinks for the evening on the allinclusive day pay and because of the quality of the food thought it was amazing value even though the could have come in the morning and paid the 35 for 3 meals and all drinks.

The hotel is a 5 min walk from the beech.. the area itself is in a quiet bay so if your wanting the party scene dont bother.

Taxis are about 10 euro to lindos 18 to pefkos.

All in all i was worried as i had booked the large group and i chose the hotel... but im sure glad i came... It has been a chilled week and not overcrouded. I would return again just for the fine dining itself.

Any Q ask but those last few reviews are eaither lying or mixed up with another hotel.

Im looking forward to week 2 and must admit il be suffering the holiday blues on my return to the uk

We stayed as a family of 4 in early august. The staff were very friendly and our room in the new block was excellent - clean & spacious with views out to sea. The older block looked dated but didn't get to see inside that block. The layout is a bit fragmented but it's hardly a criticism of the hotel. The food was of good quality and plenty of choice - my wife is vegetarian and was always spoilt for choice. Also my son has nut allergy and the restaurant manager was very helpful when we asked about certain dishes. Drinks are plentiful although the cocktails are pre-made from cartons. But the local beer and spirits are fine and the bartenders always happy to serve. Being a small hotel there were always plenty of sun loungers around the pool meaning there was no crazy dash at 7am to put ur towel down - the beach is close by but shingle not sand and the loungers are €4 each per day which can mount up. But the sea is absolutely wonderful. Not much close by other than a couple of supermarkets but that suited us because we wanted peace and quiet. Also, little in the way of entertainment in the evenings but again that's not my bag. Lindos town is lovely and only €21 Euro return by taxi. If you want bars & restaurants & nightlife nearby then this isn't for you - but if u want all inclusive and somewhere to relax in peace and quiet it's absolutely fine. Overall a nice hotel and one that I would be happy to return to - loved Rhodes and will definately be back one day soon
