Check in n check out process need to be improved. The rest of categories look fine. Room, facilities, breakfast meals, wifi connection seem fine. I understand the hotel is quite new. The price is quite pricy.

Amari Hotel Penang is an awesome hotel! The breakfast was readily available at 6:30 am. The facilities were very clean and the design of the hotel was very unique as well. There were many ample parking spaces at the point of visit.

It’s a nice and unique hotel with courtesy staff.
Dining area for buffet dinner is impressive but food served can b better.If seafood served was not kind of frozen and cooked with more flavourful would b better.
It’s could b better with some hawker food like satay and Char Koay Teow.

Every bad service.. i come at 2pm .. reception said room will ready at 2.30pm. but at 2.30pm still not ready. will be ready at 3pm or 3.15pm. very bad service for first time come here. hope service can develop.

One of the best and clean hotel had i booked. From lobby to room everything just nice and please. Staff are mostly humble and very good in helping elderly. Food that served also quite delicious. Hope can stayed at amari spice hotel again next time.
