Whatever and wherever the hotel is, especially one associated with a well know and large hotel company (Accord Hotels) you expect a certain level of cleanliness. This All Seasons was a disapointment. The 'clean' bedding in our first room had a number of marks on the sheets, and the pillows were stained. My partners pillow had specs of dried blood, which is totally unacceptable. The floor was also very worn, and the shower was also very dirty and did not drain properly. After the first night we complained, and asked to move to a different room. This was a 'superior room' but in reality was only slightly larger and had a 'day bed'. If we had paid for this better room we would of not been happy as it was not much better than a normal room.

The other major hygiene issue was the number of dogs and cats around the resort. Whilst we appreciate it is difficult to keep them out of the resort itself, especially given the very open nature of the rooms spread around the garden area, keeping them out of the main reception, restaurant and bar area is imperative. The biggest concern is that the staff did not notice the animals, and when they did seemed to actively encourage them to stay, rather than chasing them out of the building. It was only when you requested the staff to remove animals that anything was done.

Both the above issues we had discussed with reception staff when we requested to move rooms, but the hotel manager did not know about our issues until she spoke to us on our penultimate day. I think part of the problem was that the staff's English was not the best, but that's to be expected overseas.

In general the staff were helpful and friendly though.

Our overall impression was that the whole hotel needs refurbishing as was looking a bit tired in places (notably the pool and some of the rooms we saw inside, especially the bathrooms)

The hotel offers free transfers to and from various locations within Puket and we opted to go into Puket town. The other locations are of a beach, Patong centre (which is very tacky even compared to Bangkok) and a shopping centre {where prices are inline with UK for branded items). Whilst this is free the bus is very uncomfortable and took us an hour and a half to get to Puket Town, which was very disappointing.

The hotels location with views of Nai Harn beach were very good, and the beach is very easy to access as it is approximately 100m from the hotel front entrance. The beach is lovely and very quiet, as is the whole area. We think it is because there is very limited space around the beach given the temple at Nai Harn (the temple is worth a wander around but is nothing special).

There are a small number of restaurants around the area, and the hotel food was O, if not a bit expensive. Our favourite restaurant is called coconut which is about 200m to the right of the hotel entrance (as you come out of the hotel) and is just before the Yacht Club (which was under renovation as of May 2015). There are also 5 or 6 smaller restaurants which sit on the road which runs parallel to the beach itself. They will all try to get your business when you walk past which does get very annoying, which also put us off from visiting them. However if you walk slightly further along there is another restaurant called Sea Breeze which was very good value and was good food.

If your willing to walk 20 minutes there are some other restaurants. We only tried 3 of them. The first Shakers (European and Thai food) was rubbish. M and M pizzeria had a very uninspiring menu, but Green Tamarind Kitchen did good thai food.

In conclusion the Hotel is an ok 3 star hotel, but don't expect anything exciting. We would not stay here again, but if we to stay in the same location we would book the Sunsuri hotel or the Yacht club (when it reopens)

Room Tip: book a different hotel....

We stayed at the hotel for the last 5 days of our little trip around phuket. The area is very quiet ideal for relaxing with plenty of taxis and tuk tuks around to take us out for day trips. There was also a shuttle bus service for some areas of phuket for free!!!! The staff were outstanding, the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever met. The pool is beautiful and cleaned daily, the restaurant is outstanding - just keep in mind VAT is added at the end! (Still cheap!!!) the beach is on the doorstep with lovely views, there is a no selling rule on the beach which adds to the relaxation! Overall a very happy customer who intends to return within the next year!!

This was my 2nd stay at All Seasons Naiharn Phuket (my 1st was April 2014) and I'll definitely be coming back again.

The hotel location is on the very secluded beach Nai Harn and the facilities are the best among 3.5* hotels I've experienced in Phuket. The breakfast buffet is adequate with various good choices, and I had it a lot. ha ha

Khun See-som, the GM, is very nice.
Khun Keaw and the others the housekeeping team are extremely kind helpful, as well as Khun Ta and the rest of F&B team at Equinox restaurant. I almost can't wait to come back to Phuket and stay in this very lovely resort again.

P.S. The resort also provides daily free shuttles to Prom Thep cape and Kata area (please book in advance).

Checked in April 6 out April 21st. As we had lived in Phuket up until July 2014 we knew the area well and knew what we were getting with Nai Harn. IMO it's the best beach on the island with not as many tourists as Patong, Karon or kata. Don't stay here if you want nightlife or shopping unless you don't mind traveling for it. There is a hotel bus with 10 seats that does the drop off to kata Patong and central once a day. Book it a couple of days before you want to use it as it books out quick. It does a return trip for free but you'll be stuck at your location for quite a few hours if you want the return ride. There is 1 small mini mart just out side the hotel which is handy and a laundry just past it which charges 60b per kilo non ironed which is expensive for phuket (40-50b standard). There is a good little taxi rank out the front gate but you will have to barter for a decent rate. There are about 6 great beach front restaurants about 100m away that all want your business. We liked the eastern most one and over the 16 days got to know the staff who were all great fun and helpful.
We stayed on room 1 and 2. Room 1s aircon was prett hit and miss which made it uncomfortable at times. I had gotten sick from room 2s strong aircon so had to swap earlier in the trip. This is a universal phuket hotel issue in my experiences, too hot or too cold. The room itself was ok , we had twin singles in both and tho snug was fine. The bathroom in the other hand was 2* at best. We were very close to reception and not too far from the pool which was great to be in between. We looked onto the back of a row of shops (concrete wall) but didn't mind as kept blinds shut to keep out heat anyway. The only noise we got was from the Chinese arriving from check in at about 6am and yelling as they walk past the rooms. Even the staff in the breakfast room had to constantly hold up quiet signs to them to stop yelling there too.
The pool area is fine with the usual problem of chair reserving but when I couldn't find an empty chair I just removed people's towels , handed them to staff and used them. Never touching personal belongings but leaving your towel at 8am because you know you want to use that chair at 2pm ? Really ???
Wifi was free in the lobby but not good or fast. You could pay extra for in room wifi. I only noticed the $70 for a month so not sure on shorter stays.
I would stay at somewhere else next time if taking kids as there were no in hotel activities or kids club, just a room for toddlers without staff so you have no real kids club here.
The spa was lovely and between 9-midday it was 25% off with made it ok but expensive compared to out side the hotel. Anyone and their auntie puts out a shingle in phuket to say massage tho so I'd much rather use a proper spa, pay the extra and get the real deal.
Don't stay here if you want action ! Stay here if you was relaxation on the cheap and are happy with 3*. You get what you pay for !

Stopped in for lunch while visiting Nai Harn beach. Looked like a fairly basic hotel, but clean enough. Good waitress service. Restaurant was extremely warm during our visit, but food was cheap and tasty. Probably wouldn't eat there again as there are many other places to choose from.
