Kloovenburg greets you with friendly faces and knowledgeable people. We learned here how to taste wine and understand what wine tasting is about. Great selection of wine with great stories behind every one of them. This experience comes highly recommended!

Older, interesting tasting room with friendly knowledgeable manager (used to be the winemaker?). Wine tasting, olive tasting and Rugby shirts on the wall. Good wines - two minute drive from Riebeek and well worth a visit.

Olives and wines of superior quality in a vineyard with years of tradition. Easy to find and prices are reasonable.

Very well-organised welcome from a clearly committed employee. The house and garden are beautiful and the estate's owners include 2 Springbok players, but what's important here is the wine. We bought lots!

We visited Kloovenberg Wine and Olive farm on our way back from zip lining in Ceres. I'd seen a small sign on the way up there saying "wine and olives" and fully expected a little farm stall. We were quite stunned...this place is amazing and the Somellier (unfortunately we didn't get his name, but he will remember us as my step-daughter has pink and purple hair) was just great. We tasted some amazing wine and olives and managed to do pretty much all of our gift shopping there. Informative, interesting and a beautiful location. My son was also most interested as the family were/are Springbok players and we learned quite a lot about that also. Ten out of ten! Fantastic place to visit.
