Last min meal for two on Easter Sunday. We had the set menu, excellent value for money. Poppadom, starter, main, rice or naan and a side for £11.95.
Everything was delicious, authentic. Service was good. Didn’t wait long between courses. Would recommend. Lamb rogan josh was particularly lovely

Visited with family and friends for Xmas day. Had a lovely Indian meal. Didn't wait long for each course. Wasn't too busy so didn't feel rushed.
Came again with friends in the New Year.
New year. Again lovely food and great service. Great value for money. Waiter even remembered us from Xmas day. Only criticism was no bitter to drink for the ale men. Even cans of John Smiths or Tetleys would have gone down a treat for the men. Not everybody drinks lager.

Went there on the recommendation (not always reliable!) of the receptionist at the nearby Premier Inn where I was staying the night. Had King prawn Kamali, which was described as 'Medium hot and highly flavoured'. It wasn't either - quite tasteless. Also okra - overcooked, and therefore sloppy, with the same sort of bland taste as the prawn dish. Far too much sauce on both. No finesse. The pillau rice was only lukewarm. I ate most of it as hungry, but it was not a nice feeling. Had a slight stomach ache afterwards. The service was polite and efficient, so I did leave a 10% tip, but did not really feel like doing so given the unenjoyable food.

We were staying in a nearby hotel the night before flying out on holiday, and had found this place online. We arrived pretty late - 8.30/9 - but we were welcomed in. We had starters, mains and extras, and everything was fantastic. We eat Indian food a lot as a family but we all said it was the best Indian meal we'd had in a long time. Couldn't believe the total of the bill when it arrived, so reasonable compared to our local area. We're looking forward to going back before our next holiday!
