It is not really geared up for European/ Foreign tourists. It seems to cater for local family holidays. The rooms themselves are full of local character but no one spoke much English but did try their best to be helpful.

This place is outdated (furniture, flooring, pool, restaurant). The only good thing about this place is the location if you want to hike Bukit Keluang.
FYI, no other restaurant/shop around this area, hence you have to get everything if you do not want to drive out or worst in my situation, we do not have transport. There are road side stall (approx. 150m - near bukit keluang beach) selling teatime snacks.
We had our dinner at the resort restaurant, it did have good taste and affordable pricing (resort standard). Overall, we did not expect much at first and it is only for 1 night.
Wifi is horrible, don't bother and our phone data (Digi & Celcom) is as bad. The line is fantastic when we get to the beach.
Currently they having some promotion. I find that it is cheaper to purchase direct from the hotel.
If you are on your way to the islands, this is the best place to stay before the ferry. The bungalows are beautiful with special athmosphere, the bed comfortable and the ac is working well giving you a good night's sleep. The bathroom is terrible, just serves its purpose. Breakfast can be taken at the resort, but meals should be taken at restaurants along the nearby beach. Staff look sad as hotel very empty!
We spent just five hours here, arriving at 2 am and leaving to catch a ferry at 7 am - so it didn't matter too much that it was a rubbish hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful - that was the one saving grace. However, the room felt damp, the whole place needs a massive refurb, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom (which I was glad I hardly had to use as it resembled something at the low end of a budget backpacker hostel, not a 3 star hotel).
No way is this place 3 star - and it shouldn't pretend to be. I don't expect an entire spa full of products in the bathroom, but at least some soap or at the very least bog roll would be nice.
The owner of this place is apparently a very rich man. I'm sure he is. Cutting back on basic provisions must save him a lot of money.
Stayed for 2D1N . Upon arrived the resort look tired even though the surrounding is great . Near to Bukit Kluang beach and hill for hiking ; which is a good point . The receptionist very friendly . The pool look good but not proper housekeeping . The pool full of leaves , dirt and sand . The surrounding , rooms need major refurbish and facelift . If they did it , it will be major attraction since its the only resort nearby the place.
My family of 8 pax had a pleasant stay here. We chose the resort because of its super close location to Pantai Peranginan Bukit Kluang, where we had planned to hike Bukit Kluang. Resort was undergoing some renovation works, parts of the internal roads were closed. The little chalets looked nice from outside. Inside the chalets it is quite dark and gloomy. Not enough lighting, both natural or otherwise. Apparently the resort does not provide soap for you. So please bring your own soap. We rented 2 rooms, but one room (#555) does not have a hotel telephone, so can't call room service.
