We stayed for 4 nights at the W, and wish it was for longer! The staff are generally so helpful, and will bend over backwards to help you. One small issue as we had to change rooms twice due to a leaking toilet, and we weren't offered much in compensation until my boyfriend spoke up. But otherwise the pool is just awesome, food brilliant, and will definitely be back to the W!More

I don't even know where to begin to describe my exceptional experience at W Bali. They completely redefined the meaning of the word "vacation". Starting from the moment you drive through the bamboo covered alley to get to the beautiful open-space lobby with the most relaxing sofa chairs to the moment you drive away from the hotel completely relaxed to the Balinese reality, you feel like you visited your best friends or relatives who were waiting forever to see you and make your time with them count. Absolutely aWesome. The W factor is ubiquitous. Stylish interior, glamorous atmosphere, delicious food, friendliest staff, scrumptious cocktails, gorgeous sunsets, and amazing music that follows you wherever you go. There are just so many things in W Bali that make the world of difference, I can't list them in one review. Highly recommend to stay in this Wondrous hotel.

As the title states The W provided us the trifecta for a lovely experience. The restaurants met our expectations and the Spa was wonderful and had to be visited a few times! Will be back again and for a longer stay.

Had the most lovely stay. Great pool with beach view. Terrific view from our room also which was modern and luxurious. Spent sunset at the Woo bar also great. But the best part was how fantastic the staff are. I am a celiac and was amazingly looked after and catered for I also had my birthday at the hotel the staff gave me a gift. The manager of the restaurant also phoned to wish me happy birthday as we had missed him at breakfast really above and beyond. Thank you I highly recommend this hotel!

This place was truly incredible booked it on aflash deal as a surprise for my partner as we just arrived in Bali before we were to explore Gilli trawangan and Lombok. By far the mist beautiful hotel riom i have ever stayed in my life. I loved the unusual but artistic and moderness of the interior. So original mever seen.a hotel like it. Private beach was beautiful sunsets every evening facing the west side of the island. I could say so much more about this place absolutely highlight of mytrip to Indonesia accommodation wise that is. ;)

This is an review from my stay from 1 year ago. I had high expectations the W hotel but it was not a very nice experience at all. We paid more due to the new year season but the experience was definitely not what we expected. It was raining at night and when we woke up in the morning, the roof was leaking and there was a whole puddle of water in the room. We were checking out that morning and thus did not make a big fuss. Looking back, we should have made a complaint. I would definitely reconsider staying here again.
