What a fantastic time we had at this hotel, from the moment we arrived until we left.... (think that they were pushing us out the door, as we really did not want to leave!!) Only reason my feedback is so late, is because I have been so busy. I have been lucky and lived overseas in some fanstastic destinations such as the Maldives, Mexico, Caribbean, Sri Lanka, and the service you receive and the hotel facilities are really 5*
Rooms - wow... we had an Aqua Suite, lovely large room with all that you needed. Fantastic, bathroom, great bath looking out over the ocean. Yes the loo cubicle is unique what with it being glass, but hey holidays are all about new experiences. Our room was serviced and well maintained during our stay.
Calling the Angels - It was our holiday, so have to say we did not do much walking around the property, so called the Angels to pick us up and take us to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We never had to wait long, and they were always so polite, well trained, as asking us what our plans were, and making suggestions of things we could do, and what were available within the hotel.
Our Infinite pool - this was fantastic, - we could go for a dip whenever we wanted, and the views out of the ocean, stunning. Pool was clean and well maintained, and husband feels it's a must for all future holidays!!! The double four posted sun loungers - lovely touch.
Breakfast - great views again out of the ocean, restaurant was never busy/full, so very much a relaxed affair. Lovely selection of food to order, and meats / cheeses / breads ect, to help yourself to.
Lunch - we always took advantage of room service, - we could then relax in the room and not have to worry about changing ect. Food was brought to us hot, and plentiful. When we finished plates ect were collected in a timely manner, - we never left our room and the tray were still there. Thai noodle soup was fantastic - highly recommended. My husband ordered pizza one day and raved about it.
Dinner - we took advantage of a special offer of a bucket of beer (4) during dinner. Have to say, we love Thai food, so this is what we ordered throughout. Again restaurant was not too busy, staff were attentive but not intrusive, again well trained. Food portions very good, and certainly felt that I had received value for money.
I liked that you could choose between the italian and the thai menu within the same restaurant, - means that you don't have to decide beforehand where you are going to eat, and also everyone gets what they want without having to compromise!
We did not go out of the hotel, as the purpose of our stay was to chill out and relax, and that is exactly what we did......
Would I return again - absolutely!!!!
Would I recommend this to my clients - without a doubt!!!
Was there anything I didn't like about the hotel - nothing!
Top Tip - order room service and have a relaxed lunch out on your own private terrace.
I could go on and on about this hotel - but won't!!! If anyone does have any questions about this accommodation, feel free to contact me.
