My family had 3 rooms reserved, learned they gave us rooms (#533, 535, 538) with VERY SMALL tub that only fit 1 person. We showed our concern & asked manager to show us other rooms. JULIAN IS HOTEL MANAGER who wants to charge us more money for upgrades. To avoid hassle we paid upgrades for 2 rooms. Later found out the upgrade didn’t include breakfast, then we paid more money for 3 ppl’s breakfast IF WE DON’T pay we need to book the room online which cause more time delay & will cost more per room upgrade. We cancelled 1 room & upgraded 2 rooms however asking for proof of the cancelled room. All our booking was prepaid with Agoda.com. I explained friendly to Julian, to follow up after check out tomorrow I like to have a receipt stated hotel allowed the return of 1 room & ensure us receive refund we need proof the room was cancelled. From 2pm since we arrived the hotel to 9:30pm, Julian was un-willing to issue a statement proof 1 room was cancelled. Though the room key with breakfast coupons for 2 people were taken away by him and no refund by hotel for the cancelled room that we didn’t use. He was not willing to certify with a statement that 1 room was cancelled (hotel accepted this cancellation) & JULIAN said he doesn’t care whether we get our money back from Agoda.com. I was stressful with this room problems from 2pm, by late night I ran out of my patience & start complaining to him on trying to give us hard time. At 9:15pm, 7+ hours since arrived hotel, I still has no room to check in. Finally I asked to give me a room & surrender in his mean attitudes. Julian said he can’t issue letter of statement on our room cancelled without getting money refund by them or Agoda.com because he can’t write in English. Later he also refused to issue the same letter in his mother language which is Chinese. This basically ruin my trip of relaxing in a Hot Spring resort due to his attitude & un-ethical conduct of took away our room without giving us money back or at least issue a proof for us to show room was in-used & cancelled. RUN AWAY FROM THIS MEAN MANAGEMENT IF HE IS THE HIGHEST RANK POSITION IN HOTEL WITH THIS SERVING PHILOSOPHY. 我絕對建議大家不要訂這家旅館,因為被騙了1個房間他們還不給收據證明。在我之前還有另外一個女士也在抱怨不同的問題,她也是不了了之的無可奈何地走了。尤其如果碰到這一位經理 Julian, 你還會失去夫人又折兵,無法得到任何的服務.因為這位經理是不甩顧客的感受的。HE WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION!
