Fu Kang hotel's rooms are pretty much text book three star Chinese style hotel rooms to the letter, from the old plastic light control panel to the boxy tv, tile shower etc. It's clean, big bed, actually good sized room. It's an older building, could use a facelift, new carpet, etc. For the money, it's certainly acceptable.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, with some aboriginal style Taiwanese cooking. Better than expected. The service was top notch, front desk very friendly and accomodating. Quick and responsive.

Def a good stay if you're on budget and don't need frills. Not the best looking place but it does the job, it's clean enough, price is right.
