Initially booked for its vicinity of Taitung Bus Station, which is actually the main transport hub, and right next to the current must-visit 鐵花村音樂聚落. Upon arrival, we came across some problems that our short holiday there would have been ruined were there not with the helps of the owner and his family.

It was clean enough that the bins were emptied everyday.

As in most places in Taiwan, water dispensers with cold and hot water available were conveniently located. All other basic facilities, including wifi, were there and functional. Didn't know about it providing free bicycle though!

An older hotel across from the bus terminal and old railway station,now night time lantern park.Centrally located.A simple place ,hard bed but alright.Free bicycles and super friendly owner there to help you,share a cup of tea with you.For the price worth the stay,basic ,and clean enough .

We booked this hotel because of the cheap price, first only one night. The room was simple but nice, exactly what we wanted. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful. He helped us finding a rental scooter, good places to eat, we could use their bikes and once he even got us sandwiches for lunch! We ended up staying here for 4 nights. Would definitely recommend this place!
