First impression when I saw the outside wasn't great. I wish the outside wall is cleaner (the side with the F hotel side on seems dirty so I was a bit concern initially). I was pleasantly surprised the room is spacious and pretty clean. There are a lot of flies close to the front door/restaurant area but overall I will say the hotel is well kept.

The floor in the poor area is clean and not slippery which is a big plus for me. There are coin laundry available (with fees) and a free spin-drier (脫水機).

There are two things could've done better.. (by whoever design/build the hotel).
1. The noise isolation is bad. You can hear the noise from next door (not just the hallway).
2. I can't find any outlet to plug in my phone close to the bed. For a relatively new hotel, I will expect the designers thought about this and put at least a couple for charge the phones. There are outlets close to the table but it is less convenient.

We arrived ther on Oct 31 and were welcomed by witches, magicians vampires. The reception cew, about a dozen People, had perfect halloween dresses which certainly had taken them hours to get dressed. Spectacular. The rooms were fine, but the breakfast was not good. Crowds of People were there before us and we had to go for the rest

First impression...... Concerige staff was not opening the main door but instead seen busy playing with their hand phone....

Second impression..... Receptionist seem to produce a luke warm attitude & not providing basic info such as Wi-Fi password & place for breakfast but instead seen busy chatting with other staff.....

Third impression...
Room is huge. Bed is huge. Bathroom is huge. Clean n neat.
