Mee Sua served with Pig Small Intestines chopped up into small pieces instead of the usual oysters. Queue can be long during meal times. Delicious meal that comes in small or large paper bowl (depending on your diet) that can be shared with 2 or more people. Disposable utensils and other sauces were placed at the side table right at the side of the walkway. After you have eaten, you can dispose the trash at the bins provided at the side but do take note of separating the non-recyclable and recyclable items.

A shop name Ay Chung in Ximendeng wanhua district. You can choose to eat there, there is no table in the shop. Most of the customer eat standing or Takeaway.
Come in small and big size. Normal will purchase big bowl to share with my wife.
It a must eat street food everyday when i am im taipei. This is also the reason, i stay in hotel in Xinmending. Remember to try this when you are around the area. Trust me!! You will love it.

Mee Sua with pig intestines, don't expect any oysters inside! I thought it was overhyped as it didn't taste as good as I expected it to be, but my friend loved it. Try it and decide for yourself!

Never really a fan of mee sua (Hokkien or Min-Nan or Taiwanese dialect of flour-rice noodle) and only had a few times in Singapore. But this taste of Ah Chung Mee Sua at Ximending was really very good. I had the one with pig intestines and the taste was great! Worth a try!

Taste normal to me. Maybe some people have not tasted mee sua with pigs 'intestine before. Think the crowd gathering is what we call herd instinct or just do what most people do. If you like to have a place to sit, eat and see the queue of people, suggest taking your bowl to the Bubble Tea shop two to three shops away, buy a drink, sit down and eat comfortably there. The shopkeeper does not mind.
