Stayed for four nights from 6th November to 10th November 2012 in a twin room (room number 506) for NT1,600 net without breakfast. This was my third time to Taiwan and I still preferred to stay in Ximending area. There are so many shops close late and food is easily available. It is just one station away from Taipei Main Station. I had been searching the internet for a twin room with reasonable room rate, size, location in Ximending, room with window, not see thru bathroom and en-suite bathroom, hence I chose Good9stay. Also, the owner well versed in English as I don’t understand Mandarin. You have to pay room deposit via PayPal and the balance room charges in cash upon check in. The hotel provides the MRT and interesting places maps in Ximending upon check in. The room has all the amenities that you require i.e. flat TV, fridge, water tumbler, slippers and hairdryer but no safe deposit. Room has big window which I requested earlier. There is one computer terminal provided for guest use. Wi-Fi signal was fairly strong in the room. Hot and cool drinking water is available near the computer terminal. The room has many international power points, so no worry if you forget to bring power adaptor. Door is accessed by pin number. No mirror in the room except in the bathroom. Also, room has no wardrobe except hangers and hooks. I doubt you could find a better price for a twin room than Good9stay in Ximending. Will stay here or at One2stay when I visit Taiwan again.More
