Stayed for two days while sojourning the upper central region of Taiwan. Our traveling company booked two rooms, so we got to see different setups. Our room had an older vibe, with a moisture damaged bathroom door and a slightly damp smell to everything. Tiles were old-school. However, the bathroom was clean, smelling slightly like antiseptic, and the bed was firm and comfortable.

The staff was very attentive, and we never had an issue getting things we asked for. The other room which was rented was quite modern appearing by comparison, with updated furniture, wallpaper, and bathroom settings. It also lacked the damp odor from the other side of the hallway.

Room Tip: Ask for an updated room.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip and it was booked by the customer. The hotel was located at 23-29th floor of this building. There was a lobby with bell boy service to bring you to the 23rd floor where the reception counter is.
This is hotel was quite similar to old Japanese style hotel and maintained in clean condition. The sound proof is OK.
The hotel was located 10-15 mins walking distance away from local ChongLi night.
There are limited food was served for the breakfast and mostly Japanese style food was served. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and I noticed that most of the food was repeated. I can imagine that the breakfast become boring if you stayed for long period.
There are free self-laundry at 28th floor and VIP lounge provide variety of food with no charge. I haven't been to lounge as it was away from my area.
The adding point of this hotel is the super friendly staffs especially the concierge counter. They will gave you advise and ask your feedback when you come back. The super warm greeting and welcome back was given when you come back from work everyday.

This hotel is the first one i've stayed from the series i planned exploring taiwan.
The lobby is minimalistic on 23th floor, the lift is on maintenance so expect it to be uncomfortable.
The room is spacious and enough lights, the bathroom is clean.
The bed is typical taiwans bed...hard
The breakfast is nice, many choices from asian to a westren bacon and eggs.
It is a good start for my holiday...hope the other one will be better or at least at the same level as this

The hotel itself is decentm staff were very friendly and helpful. That said, this is not the place to stay for tourists. It is at least 50min away from Taipei, the taxi to Taipei will cost about 1000 local currency. Taoyuan airport is actually in between the hotel and Taipei, so a bit closer but not much to the airport compared to Taipei

This hotel is the highest hotel in Taoyuan County so it provides a very nice view of specially at night. I have stayed here for a full month and I can say that it is a very nice hotel to stay in. They have a laundry room at the 28th floor equipped with three washing machines and three tumble dry machines. They also have a flat iron, ironing board and shoes dryer in that room. You can do your own laundry here for free. Having my room in this same floor, I also have easy access to the gym, though it is not that big it has the necessary equipments. A business center is in the 27th floor, they have set up some desktop PCs, scanner, printer and paper shredder. It is also a help yourself service but it is also provided for free. The PCs are set up in such a way that you can select a profile according to language on the log on screen. One downside is that the desktop PCs are still running the already unsupported Windows XP platform.
Rooms are quite spacious and clean. My room even has a small office with its own television set aside from the sleeping area. Room service is superb. Some snacks and fresh fruits are provided everyday. The hotel staff are also very friendly and courteous. They would always rush ahead to open elevator doors for you and then bow as you enter the elevator. Another great plus is the excellent internet speed. Internet is accessible by open wifi connectivity or thru a LAN cable provided in the rooms. I would really recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here in my future travels.

Room Tip: Higher floors are better as you will be more farther from the busy streets. Select a room with an outside facing window if you prefer sunlight in the morning.
