Fantastic excursion with really knowledgeable tour guides. The view from the Window Cave is breathtaking! Definitely recommend if in the area - professional, everything you need to explore provided.

It's been 11 days since I took my tour of Cueva Ventana. Misael Padilla was the guide for our tour and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made the tour interesting. I was driving from San Juan to Rincon and thought I would stop and check it out... Glad I did! It was a nice hike through the caves and a beautiful view of the valley below. I was able to spend some time after the tour talking with Misael and he went above and beyond to answer my questions and was just a really great guy to talk to. He made the tour a highlight of my trip to Puerto Rico! Thank you Misael!

Tour was 20 bucks and ran about 90 minutes. Our guide, Juan, was very knowledgeable and shared a lot about the flowers and fauna. He gave the tour in Spanish and then in English. While this was nice, it made for a VERY long tour with majority of the time spent at a stand still. In total, this was probably a 15ish minute hike but with all the stops and info, and waiting up for the group of 20+ it drug on and most in my party lost interest fairly quickly. I would suggested limited the size of the group, and doing separate tours in Spanish and English. The view was great, but didn't love the hot hike through the forest and all the waiting. There is a portion you walk through the dark and the company provides flashlights (and helmets). The view was cool, but i'm not sure it was worth the time or money spent.

The guides are extremely knowledgeable and energetic. They are more than willing to lend a hand if someone needs one on any of the uneven areas. You definitely need to wear running shoes and comfortable clothing to walk/hike in. Interesting tour with a beautiful view at the end.

We went on a Friday afternoon. I checked the cruise schedule beforehand to make sure the day wouldn't be packed with 30-40 people. The tour guide, Juan, was funny and made sure everyone had a great time! Very easy to get to, right next to the Puma gas station! I'll be coming back again when family visits me on the island. Absolutely stunning caves and views!

It is definetely best when less visitors present but keep in mind we have various trails and tour guides aside for cruise groups, so, anytime is good...
