i was met by Elaine and her two dogs - Guinness and Indy who are adorable. i had room 5. i stayed for 3 night in May 2017. beautiful room, very very comfy bed (pillows are always a problem for me as i am VERY fussy) with a very nice en suite comprising of a shower, toilet and hand basin with towels. everything was pristine - really couldn't fault anything. there was a kettle, complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits! adequate hanging space (not wardrobe) for one. plenty of drawers, lights and there is a blackout blind and curtains on the double glazed window.

you choose what you want for breakfast the night before and leave the laminated sheet outside your room or give it to Elaine. the breakfast choices are extensive and i had a choice of 7 cereals when i got to the dining room! i chose fruit juice and cooked breakfast which filled me for the day! the first day i was so full i didn't eat another thing all day! superb breakfast for the money - not sure how Elaine makes a profit.

Elaine is a fantastic host - she can't do enough for you. nothing is too much trouble and she even came out to the pub on Saturday (we didn't get in until 0130!!!) for a drink and the craic!

there is a lovely sitting room for guests with an outdoor area with seating.

i cannot recommend this b&b highly enough. it is a beautiful house with a fantastic host and excellent value for money.

the dogs are an added bonus!

Room Tip: room 5 was lovely and quiet and didn't get the sun so was reasonably cool

My boyfriend didn't realise that this b&b didn't take children. But the owner was so lovely and so accommodating. There was even a high chair ready for him at breakfast.

Probably one of the best places i've stayed in my travels! The rooms were luxuriously warm, the beds extremely cozy, and the bathrooms and rest of the house were immaculate! The £5 breakfast is an absolute steal, and lovely to wake up to in the morning. Elaine is very helpful with any questions you may have, or anything you might need during your time there.
The location is fantastic, we had a little hire car so could drive up to the coast in around 20 minutes. There are three pubs 5 minutes down the road, and we can highly recommend Carmichaels for food, we had dinner there both the nights we stayed.
Highly recommend Pinetrees to anyone heading to Northern Ireland!

Elaine is the hostess with the more than moistest. She is a total delight. This b&b is a quick walk from town on a residential street right by the police station but quiet is the word here.
She loves her doggies and her doggies are lovers of all who come but they do mind their manners.
We have stayed with her since our first trip in 2011. We have the room at the top of the stairs that looks out over the deck and part of the back yard.
THe bed is a Euro King (US queen) and the room is delightfully appointed with everything you could want, dryer, TV, dresser, closet, nightstands, reading lights, black out drapes and a large bathroom with a bigger than most shower.
The price is always right. To tell you we have learned to just love Elaine is an understatement. How many of your B&B hosts are also fb friends? She has met out daughter last year and the two got on famously.
People love to stay here and come back time and time again. Breakfast is served up hot and the center of the communal table has everything you could want. The side board is loaded with foods also.
Fantastic place not far from the Dark Hedges and the coast, Bushmills, Giants Causeway, Dunluce castle and a prime location to jump off from for motorcycle races.
Be sure to look on the dresser for your daily treat! :)

Room Tip: Just ask Elaine for what you need
