Location is good, five minutes walk to subway station. Lots of eateries nearby. Room is reasonably clean BUT very small. Quiet, you can sleep with window open. Its about 80 sq ft including bath room. Window opens to wall of next building. Hotel offers no service at all, just room to sleep and bath. Free wifi is OK. Smoking smell is everywhere although ours is a non-smoking room. No English speaking staff. Definitely will find another place when visit Tokyo again.

Room Tip: All rooms are small with smoking smell.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area near asakusabashi metro station and JR line.
There is plenty of restaurants in the nearby area.
Stayed in a twin room. The room is rather small for 2 people. Pillows were really hard and heavy. Dark rooms as the window faces a wall.

They speak very limited english at the reception.

Its a basic hotel and if you are looking for a budget hotel it is a good option.

hotel was nice. it was near restaurants and near train station. a bit pricey maybe because of the date of our visit- peak season (sakura season) room was small but still it was a very good stay! Comfort room is small but water supply was sufficient. Staff are friendly and they clean the room everyday. We fell inlove with one of the restaurants nearby will definitely come back.

1. Awesome location. about 2-3mins walk to the train station (you can reserve Shinkansen seats here) where you'd just need 1 stop to Akihabara (about 2mins train ride) for major transit to Tokyo and Ueno stations for the Shinkansen.

2. It's definitely rather old with broken hangers (all were broken but luckily usable). Such small toilet that I had a hard time to move about (it's a definite problem for bigger sized people).

3. Staffs were very polite and incredibly helpful :)

4. Can open the window if you like cooler room temperature (which was a plus given that some hotels you can't even open it).

Close to several train stations. An affordable tiny room with strong AC! Great water pressure too! They always cleaned the room and the wifi was in the room. (I saw another post that said it was only downstairs. Not so.) They even have an ancient computer in the lounge if you need. Also you can use the coin operated washer dryer if you need. tho it takes a while to dry. As a vegan there weren't a lot of options nearby but the local Chinese restaurant had some veggie stuff going on and a Nepalese spot down the block had some veggie options as well. I would go here again.

Room Tip: Let them know ahead of time that you want a non smoking room!
