Namba is buzy. the hotel is on a side street eazy to get to if you are well advised.
rooms are big and extremely well planned/ the design is nice. staff is helpfull. onsen is nice but bathroom is so nice that we actually stayed in the room and enjoyed it. we just went to see the onsen whih is seperated to men and women

we arrived at the hotel after having taken the shuttle bus from itm airport. hotel was a bit hard to find initially, partly due to the multi-intersection drop off point. but if you do your homework, you'll realize that the hotel is located in a "back alley" just off and parallel to the bustling midosuji boulevard. all in all, hotel's location felt safe and was very strategic. we would do it all over again if given the chance.

staff was responsive and courteous. we booked through the phone with a representative who spoke English and were met with a series of staff members who supported us in planning our trip and making our stay pleasant. two thumbs up for the staff.

you're not going to find a better location. right across midosuji boulevard from the hotel, you'll find namba station which served as our entry point to Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Koyasan. this station is huge, but luckily, people from Osaka are friendly. so don't be stranger and ask someone to point you in the right direction if you get lost.

breakfast was delicious, and rooms were clean.

if you want wifi in your room, you're going to need to borrow a portable wifi router from the front desk while putting down a security deposit. connect room's Ethernet cable to the router, and then connect your device to the network.

exit strategy was easy. we were able to hail a cab on midosuji boulevard for kansai airport without a hitch.

A bit tricky to find at first, this hotel is in a great location. It has a nice onsen, too. Nothing fancy, but the upstairs one has a cool view for hanging out naked. The rooms are minuscule with almost no floor space so it's a bit claustrophobic. But for the price it's an absolute bargain.
