Nice little budget hotel. Right in the middle of Dotonbori, shopping, eating, Dontobori Canal Boat ride. Easy trin ride to nara Park to feed and see the Deer. Staff are friendly, helpful and housekeeping is esxcellent. Great location, recommend red Roof Plus to anyone looking for a cheaper hotel with all the mod cons included.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone who want to be in the midst of everything- shopping, restaurants, night life! All you have to do is get out of your hotel and you will find everything a few minutes away. It's so convenient to have a Family Mart just outside the door of your hotel. This was where we bought our breakfast since coffee and tea were provided in the room and all the snacks we needed for daytrips outside Osaka. The hotel is a few minutes to the station and walking distance to some popular spots in town. The standard double room we got was small - but I think this is normal for Japan The ameneties were best - I love the smell of their shampoo and conditioner.
The bathroom was very clean and modern. Check in and check out was easy. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night so I can't say much about housekeeping.

I stayed for one night, but definitely would of stayed even more. We arrived expecting a twin room but there was a problem and they offered a double, w/breakfast and difference in cost. It was no problem and glad I did. The breakfast was excellent. The western food was delicious and the variety. They also had japanese breakfast food too. It wasn't crowded when we went either. Room was clean and modern. The location is right next to Round 1 and close to major streets and subway. For the price, this is a great place!!

This hotel was in such an amazing location in Osaka, close to the train station and many restaurants, activities and shops. I didn't hear too much noise from the streets but I was bothered by the amount of noise I could hear from other rooms and the corridors. I could hear people moving around in their rooms and opening/closing doors for a large part of the stay which made it hard to relax. The room was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and had the shower in its own separate room which was nice. The staff were nice and payment process was easy

Very good stay in this hotel. Prime location with a family mart right below the hotel. Room makeup is clean n tidy daily. Room comes with a fabric freshener which keeps our coat and jacket smells fresh from all those deep frying and bbq food. Laundry room is a plus point as we don't need to bring back dirty clothes. Staff are friendly and able to communicate in English and Chinese. Definitely we will be back if we were to visit Osaka again.
