Don't be put off by the paper placements and thick plastic covering the tablecloth. Don't
worry about the well-worn menu - because the food is terrific! The scallops were fried in a light batter ans the taste was wonderful, and I say that after having scallops at two other restaurants that week. There wasn't a problem substituting onion rings for the fries that came with the meal. My husband's fish was equally good. Service was quick and the waitress was delightful. Nice view (inside or out) while you are enjoying dinner. We liked it so much we returned for an equally enjoyable breakfast the next morning. We'll be back next year.

Dropped in for dinner and had fresh haddock fish and chips, and a seafood platter of scallops, clams and haddock. All the seafood was coated in a lovely light batter, so light that it barely held everything together. The morsels almost melted in our mouths they were so tender. Plus delicious flavour. Homemade raspberry meringue pie and rice pudding topped it off. Not the cheapest around, but what's even more relevant is the high quality of the food and it's preparation. Very good value indeed

We were hosting friends from away at a nearby hotel (Clipper Shipp) and were looking for nearby food for dinner and breakfast the next day.

Dinner was awesome with a Maritime seafood platter (deep fried) and breakfast was good and basic (eggs, pancakes, sausage) with polite service and a small, intimate atmosphere. A real mom & pop restaurant.

No gluten free options, just FYI, which was tougher for one of our party, but she stuck with grilled fish & vegetables (dinner) or eggs and pan fries (breakfast).

Great off-the-main-highway spot!

We went to this restaurant and enjoyed our meal. At our table we had fish and chips, lobster roll, Greek salad and a half/half clam/scallop platter. The seafood was very fresh and lightly battered. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The restaurant was busy the entire time we were there and the two waitresses were busy and friendly. Fish and chips $13.95, Scallops/clams $21,95, lobster roll platter $19.95

Great view, great food. A lovely bay breeze. A bit pricey for eggs and bacon, but cooked to perfection. Immaculately clean.
