We were really excited about trying this restaurant because of the superb reviews, however, we didn't even get any food because the online ordering system just doesn't work.
We turned up to collect our food at the appointed time (as arranged via the website ordering system) and sadly when someone eventually came out to serve us, there was no trace of our order: "Our internet's been down."
Of course that can happen; the real problem, apart from not getting any food, was that there was absolutely no trace of an apology, or even any attempt at making things right, just an attitude of "not our problem". The attitude of the person doing front of house was very poor to put it kindly. The dishes sound great, but after service this terrible we're not likely to be trying them; we are just so glad that we didn't make use of the online advance payment system because otherwise that would have been over £30 down the drain. BEWARE.
