As a group 6 adults & 3 children under the age of 5 decided to try camping. We chose this park due to the facilities...pool, clubhouse & electric hook-ups. Stayed from 8 august to 12 August.
When we arrived they asked if we would stay on touring pitches as there weren't 3 pitches together on the camping field..As water & electric were on these pitches we set up 'camp' on these, we put the tents on the grass & parked on the hardstand.. so Thanks for letting us all stay together. there was a short walk to the laundry room & sinks to wash the dishes. we were only a short walk to the toilet/shower block/clubhouse & pool.
As it was fairly quiet on the site the children loved that they could goon their own to the play area where there were swings & climbing frame with slide.
We found the shower/toilet block extremely clean, staff were friendly & the lady in reception was extremely helpful we when asked where to take the children for a day out, she recommended Cardigan Island....the children loved feeding the animals.
In the evenings we went to the clubhouse, on weekends they have live entertainment, in the week its bingo......which the children all took a liking to!
We decided not to pay for WIFI as we wanted a break from the internet etc
On our last day we had a cooked breakfast, freshly cooked...As a group 6 adults & 3 children under the age of 5 decided to try camping. We chose this park due to the facilities...pool, clubhouse & electric hook-ups. Stayed from 8 august to 12 August.
