We recently stayed twice (1 night each) at this property before and after a cruise. The hotel is located on a nice stretch of beach. This time of year, the water is fairly choppy. The building itself has some age but is well maintained. We found that our rooms were clean and comfortable and both had very nice views. Price are high at this time of year ($400 and up).
The hotel has nice amenities including pool, fitness center, and several restaurants. The food is pretty good but expensive. The executive lounge is widely used. It offers breakfast and snacks/non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day.
My only complaint is the front desk service. They tend to be slow. When we checked in the first time, the concierge staff was assisting. The concierge was completing check ins at least twice as fast as the front desk. They really need to increase staffing at the desk.
This property works well for us for short stays.More
