On a day trip into Santiago we happened across this quaint, third level, open air place. The food was fantastic, very flavourful. The staff was very helpful in translating the menu as it was in spanish. This is a restaurant that locals go to, and it is not a 'tourist' spot. We had a lovely afternoon amongst the locals. I would defiantly go back, if I am ever in the area again. I would recommend you try it out.
