Wow! My husband and I had such a great time. Our guides were great, we enjoyed driving through the terrain and the puddles! We were well informed to wear sunglasses and scarves or masks to protect our faces when we drove through mud puddles. I definitely recommend Wild Tiger Buggies!!

Absolutely the worst excursion we have ever been on!!

We rented a family 4 seater and a 2 seater for our family. These are the worst maintained buggy's I have ever seen. Almost the point of dangerous! Ours broke down twice and the kids broke down 3 times leaving you stranded in the hot sun while they tried to get it going again. Along the route are TONS of children and adults begging for money. One little girl offer my wife a flower. Once she received it, she demanded a dollar. We were driving and following others and didn't have a dollar readily available to give her.
The Cave tour was nothing more than as area where some really pushy vendors tried to talk you into their shop to buy some overpriced crap while you walked to the "cave" entrance, which was really a small, smelly, hole with stagnant water in it. Some were swimming in what I would call a human soup likely filled with bacteria!

To top it all off. We paid for round trip open air bus. When we arrived, they shook us down for another $50.00 to get back to our resort. We paid, but felt really ripped off!

I can only assume that they are writing their own reviews in order to get a good rating on Trip Advisor! Everyone on our tour felt exactly like we did!

The buggies are old and they literally Hotwire them to start them, two broke down during our ride and a bolt was falling off of our motor block and oil was spilling out. We paid more for this trip than that poor buggy was worth. We went SLOW and our first stop was the quarry where we slowly drove in circles while locals begged us for money. We stopped way too long for pictures where again we were surrounded by people begging for more money. The coffee and chocolate stop was very nice but then a short trip to the cave to jump in take a pic and leave fast. Not a lot of time to enjoy the cave. More begging from swarms of people. It was just not a fast fun buggy excursion like we thought it would be.

If you want this experience, come to my house and I’ll put you in a side by side on my family’s property after a rain in the cow pasture. That’s literally all it was. The area was very poor, there were no “breathtaking views” and the “working plantation” was us sitting while listening to a sales pitch.

“Pedal to the metal”? “Fast as you can”? No, we were in a line only going as fast as the lead car (the tour guide). He took us through a very poor village where children jumped on our carts and begged for money.

The “hidden geological wonder” was nice but you had to weave through a group of pushy sales people to get there and back. Some of us ate some chicken that was for sale and got really sick. Oh and about halfway down to the water there was a guy that put a lizard on your back and asked for money. Didn’t ask for permission first.

The buggy’s were almost broken down and had to be repaired several times during the trip. And the tour guides and people at the base camp spoke broken English and were very hard to understand.

Save the money and do something else.

The driver was friendly and picked us up at our hotel on an open air bus . It was about a 20 minute scenic drive to the buggies. Our buggy guides spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job.
Make sure you have close toed shoes or you will have to buy $15 water shoes. Make sure you have Sunglasses that covers your eyes well and a bandana you cover your mouth. A shirt can be used to cover your mouth too.
You will get very dirty, and if it rained recently, you will get very very dirty. I tried not to get too dirty but it was not possible.
It was fun but I didn't pack the right clothes and shoes for bugging. Bring clothes that can get very dirty. Bring a plastic bag for you items you bring in the car. They also have lockers for rent $5. You will drive through some neighborhoods and the kids wave and have there hand out for money. On other buggy trips the tour guides would have candy for us to buy to give to the kids. They kids would love if you bring candy, coins,or dollars. They will also be selling flowers too. We had to slow down for donkeys in the road. Our first stop at a scenic canyon area the tour guide gave us a bottle of water and took pictures of everyone. They also had photographers taking pictures along the way for sale later.
We came back to another Parton the buggy camp to take a quick rinse off, multiple samples Mama juana alcohol and coffee, also many other spice samples. Here you could buy any of these items along with paintings and jewelry.
On we went to our last top at the Cave to take a plunge into the water. This was Cool too! This was a chance to cool off and rinse the mud off. This was also a food and souvenir stop. The water in the cave is deep, so you can rent a life vest for $5 if you can't swim.
I gave a 4 star because buggies were a little beaten up. The roads are very rough so I understand why. There were a few other buggy companies that had nicer looking cars. Other than that, it was worth it.
