we passed a great time here.When we came first we were a bit worry because was our first time here and we didnt know nothing about this place,but now after 11days passed here with my lovely girlfriend i will say that we will come again 100% guaranteed.
The staff is lovely and kindly and always smile and happy.Is a great resort to stay in
Will recommend 1000%.
Now that we writing this review we seating on main lobby drinking delicious cocktails.(my girlfriend is sad as she dont want to leave)

Punta Cana we will see again next time

This was an excellent choice for a weekend away from our kids. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the hotel itself felt fancy and worth our money. We booked through Expedia where we got a good deal compared to the price on the website and we ended up staying an extra night in an upgraded room with a walk out pool. The only complaint was the first day they said they were taking us to breakfast and took us to a presentation on the travel club, which normally I don't mind, but with this being such a short trip, we did not want to spend half the day in a conference room.

90% of the property was closed. Shower flooded bathroom and bedroom with each use. Was trapped in a sales pitch for hours asking us to spend $10k plus to become a member. No live music or any entertainment at all!

Thank you for choosing Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino to celebrate your honeymoon at the Caribbean and for sharing your opinion with other travellers within the Trip Advisor community.

We deeply regret to find out that during your stay you experienced some issues in your room and that our daily enterteinment activities was not to your liking.

As regards the mentioned lack of live music, we would like to inform that according to the presidential decree 7-21 of 12-30-2020, it is forbidden to organize, promote and carry out massive activities and parties in all tourist facilities in the country.


Hopefully, we would like to have a second chance to host you again in our property to pamper you and revert the received impressions.

The staff at the Grand Palladium is beyond EXCELLENTE!!!!!! Needing to get COVID test to return to US and NO PROBLEMO!!!! The resort medical staff was extremely proffessional and efficient. During the visit the resort staff was the friendliest and most accommodating. The food was excellent though at this covid time the number of restaurants was limited. Looking forward to the opportunity to come back when the resort is in full operation. In the meantime we highly recommend a stay at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana!!!! Great people!

We stayed in a swim up room which was amazing! From arrival to departure, we were treated as if we were VIP members guest which was great. Luis the driver was amazing, went above and beyond for us. I have been to GP Jamaica, now Punta Cana which was so up to date, next Cancun. Thank you all at Grand Palladium.
