Got back yesterday from here. Had an absolutely lovely time. Not sure why there is so many poor reviews. Yes it is a little tired but there is nothing wrong with it at all. Our room was clean and tidy, fridge fully restocked everyday. Pools were lovely, could always get a sun lounger. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet was fine, could always find something to eat. A La Carte restaurants are great especially Rodizzio. Lots of lovely wildlife in the resort. No complaints at all and would definitely return.

this is our 3rd trip to stay in the princess hotels. we were there Sept 17th thru Oct 12.
we enjoy this resort staff so friendly and several remember my husband and I. we had an adventure this trip we hurricane Maria visited us on Sept 20th. the resort was well organized for preparation for the hurricane they moved all to the 3rd floor rooms. 5 -6 people per room. it was a long night with the noise of the wind and roofs banging. we were blessed only damage to some roofs trees limbs on the beach. swim up bar was crashed in the pool. no one was hurt the next day the staff mafe sure everyone had food. they were cleaning up in the rain. working long hours. the staff always had a smile on their face. our room was on the 1st floor no storm surge. so we were all lucky compared to Puerto Rico. we had a few rainy days but we enjoyed the rest of our vacation. we will go again in 2018.

Just got back from Caribe club Princess. Our 5th time at this resort. As always, never disappointed. The layout of this resort is so well plan. Friendly staff, good food. We were VIP. Building 29 beach front. Room were satisfactory. Notice resort has been renovated with fresh paint. La Creperie restaurant was fully renovated. Very nice landscaping. Greated by our friendly porter Leonardo, and later met up with Gladys at La Cava restaurant, Esther and Angelo at the Buffet. These people made our stay memorable . Thank you...Deffinately recommendthis resort. Can't wait to return.

Room Tip: If you have VIP, building 29 room 2311, 2312 ,2313 , 2314 which is on 3rd floor or 2nd floor 2211 , 2212,2213,2214

We stayed at this resort this week, air conditioning didn’t work, the ala Carter dinners were fully booked for the days we stayed there so we had the buffet the entire time we were there. The breakfast egg station was good however other than that the rest was left overs from dinner the night before, toilets by pool were a disgrace, doors breaking down, no bottled water to be found except 3 in our room per day for two adults. This sounds snobby but we were advised to not drink anything that wasn’t in a sealed bottle by the staff who brought our bags to our room and therefore would pay for bottled water as this ‘was not included’ neither was the seafood restaurant or the surf and turf... oh and better have your $ ready if you don’t order a standard drink, some drinks are extra too. Now here comes the best bit. We were told by the staff who brought our bags that he could do me a deal on the safe, $20 through him instead of $20 to the hotel. I said no thank you. Our friends staying here were not told this so I imagine he was trying to get some extra money. Pathways at night are dark and frankly I did not feel safe walking the resort at night time.
The staff were friendly at the front desk as was one man at the buffet, till he found out we didn’t want a time share then he was done talking to us.

when we arrived at the resort the lobby was amazing, super open and very nice. check in did not take long at all. i requested we have a lower floor room because we were traveling with a one year old. we have a welcome drink, and we then took the train to the snack bar! which at anytime you find fresh and good food. the room was now ready so we went, when i walked in i noticed the ac was not working because it was super hot, so i went to reception and had a room change, i could not stay in that room with a baby and no AC!
quick and easy they came and grabbed all our bags and we got sent to another room with working AC!
the room was outdated but that is not a big deal we didn't spend as much time in the room anyway.
The beach is amazing super clean, the blue water white sand is just great.
the pools are nice.
the buffet is great always fresh food the staff there was super nice. always checking on us making sure we had everything we needed
you do need to make reservations for the other restaurants but is super easy just make sure you get there before 11 am, all the restaurants AMAZING!
what i did not like was the we had to pay for a router in order to have WIFI also paying the safe, it should be included.
the shows are night are fun the music in the lobby good also. drinks were always strong, just let them know how you want it and they make it. make sure you give a tip it will help !!
i recommend this resort to anyone we meet great people from around the world.
the grounds in the resort are really nice, they keep them so nice.
i can't wait to go back and have another great vacation!!
