Perfect for anyone wanting to drink or spend lots of money on souvenirs. There is a lot of nice stuff to see for anyone wanting to learn about Jamaican history and culture, but all of that can be seen in 30-60 minutes. We really shopped around among the street vendors and found some really good deals on wood carvings. Once they see the buses starting to leave, the prices do come down. When you go into the physical stores, expect high prices and high pressure sales.

Nice open space , that often wakens up in the evening, with young people. Very safe and a few nice places to have a snack or enjoy Margueritaville if you want something lively

Consists mostly of many jewellery stores with items that you could buy anywhere and gift shops with tees, bags and trinkets made in China. It was a hotel recommended excursion with free transportation. The Margaritaville bar was ok but the music was so loud we stayed outside to wait for our driver. I was hoping for more local artisans.... it was disappointing given all the talent on the island, to be sent to a shopping centre to buy products made abroad.

Not much to see or do here unless you're in the market for Jamaica or Bob Marley themed/inspired souvenirs or looking for Margaritaville which is at the end of the pier. We were looking for Blue Mountain Coffee, in particular, since it was extremely expensive in the resort gift shop but the price wasn't much better in the shops here. Fortunately, the clerk in one shop told us to go to General Foods, a supermarket about 6 blocks down the street, which had a great selection at better prices. Definitely wasn't impressed with the collection of shops here or the village, if you want to call it that.

A small, colorful village with enough shops to shop till you drop. There is a movie theatre and even a duty free jewelry shop. I wish the jewelry and many other shops were open, but apparently a lot of shops close on Sunday for church and family time. The only shop open was a very small, but affordable and abundant supplied cigar shop. Margaritaville was open and sits on a public beach. Small beach, but enough space for families and couples. My husband and I got to enjoy the beach and with a group of kids who were doing flips and tricks to impress. It was fun.
