This hotel was great and very reasonable to stay one night before and after our cruise. It was very convenient from the airport and the cruise terminal and not too far from Old San Juan. Lobby was nice and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We got to check in well before the stated check in time because there were rooms available and when we returned from the cruise we went to drop off our luggage at 9am and check in later so we could explore PR and they actually had a room available for us that early. They gave information about restaurants and transportation. Uber is way cheaper than taking a taxi. You just have to meet them a block away from the hotel because the taxi drivers in front of the hotel don't like it. But Uber is the better way to travel. Good restaurants around the area and free Wi-Fi at the hotel. You could also use their computer to check email and print boarding passes. They had a lot of brochures and maps and even a concierge to book excursions. They had a nice pool too even though we never had time to use it. A great place to stay at a reasonable price with a super friendly and helpful staff.

Staid for one week to celebrate my birthday, Front desk was extremely friendly, at all hours of the day! Because were enjoying the nightlife. It is kind of in the middle of everything a good walk or 10 min. car drive. The front desk was also able to reference us to different tourist companies and even compare prices with us. The pool is very cute but, it would have been nicer if there was more seating in the pool area. Other than that The hotel is amazing and you really do get what you pay for.

First time staying there, it was comfy, clean and quiet. The only down side is the parking is only valet parking, you don't know where they take your car and every time you want to go out you have to wait for them to bring your car, but other than that it was great

Where shall I begin!
Location: Hotel is in a good location as far the pier is concerned. Hotel is not in your normal hotel like location, don't be alarmed by the graffiti on the buildings on the surrounding streets. Hubby and I ventured out and felt very safe walking around.
Room: Room is ok but small with a weird layout. The bathroom has to be the smallest I have ever experienced and the tub was non functional due to the size! Room is definitely not worth what we paid!!
Room had a stale smell to it but I keep air freshener handy so that took care of that.
Bed: Very comfortable!
Hotel has 1 small elevator which is crazy seeing as there are 11 floors!
Overall..room served it's purpose and was only for 1 night.

Buenas noches coreyswifey,

Thank you for reviewing our property and the sorounding area. We are in a great location, most known as the art district, just close to all (airport, Condado area, Old San Juan and Hato Rey). Also, I'll definitely share your comments with our housekeeping management. We will greatly appreciate if you could send me detail of your reservation, this will give us the opportunity to look further into your comments. Hope to hear from you soon.

Always at your service,

Stay here pre-cruise out of San Juan. This hotel is nice enough. Pretty close to both old town and the cruise port.

The Miramar district is interesting with plenty of traffic. The traffic and related sirens are audible from the rooms. Restaurants and bars within walking distance are OK but we have yet to find anything all that special.

There is a restaurant on premise but we did not see it open. Perhaps we missed it or they are not open. There is a second restaurant being renovated.
