I've seen many reviews about a 20 minute walk, for me it was s 30 minute,150 ft descent virtually straight down the mountain thru rough terrain. The hike back up was more difficult and longer, my wife is in great shape, for her not a big issue.
Make sure you are wearing shoes and not sandals. In short, if you are in shape or moderate shape, take the hike, if you're not (be honest), I'd suggest taking a boat ride over. The scenery is beautiful as you walk thru some dense vegetation and a few clearings for photo op near some rocks.
When you get there, the beach is amazing, clear water, white sand and plenty of space to spread out from others.
