On our visit to St. Martin we ate at The Bridge twice. Both meals were outstanding. Their Shrimp Creole and Fried Snapper Creole were perfect. We ordered rice and beans as a side, which I highly recommend. You get 2 pieces of Fried Plantains with your meal. Order a side of Plantains as well...you will thank me later. Try to sit by the water and watch the Sea Bass as you eat.

Not spectacular but a solid meal. The Creole food outweighed the other choices on offer (not real great at grilling meat) but the service was quick and charming. I would stop in for a bite again but probably at lunch.

A server we met at Great Sonesta Bay Resort and our Taxi driver, both suggested this restaurant. It is a quaint place located right on the river. The open air environment allowed us to sit by the water, watch the fish, and enjoy the conversation as we ate our delicious dinner. The service was great and we enjoyed everything! Can't wait to try another dish when we go back for vacation.

Food unfortunately was not what I expected, poor imitation of real creole food which usually has a myriad of flavors and a bit of heat. Here is was all pretty blend and because of the buffet also over cooked. Waiters are in hurry to get you seated and to get your order after that they almost ignore you. The decor is nice on the edge of the canal and tables are nicely laid out. But for $35 this is probably $15 over what the price should be for mediocre quality food.

Tried to eat local cuisine instead of touristy restaurants. This place was a gem! Recommended by the ladies in our hotel office. They were spot on. Each dish was delicious. So happy to have found this place.
