We have rented for one week one studio, and we have been happy. It is located on the border of the central Laguna, but two nice beaches are less than a few hundred meters away. Shops around, nice access to the Dutch area and golf, access to Marigot secure during the daylight, not quite sure at night as you have to cross a more difficult zone a few kilometers away ( Sandy grounds). But the place seems secure with a code access and cameras. Nice dive center two hundred meters away inside the Mercure hotel.

Vacation in Saint Martin
This was one of the best vacation I never had ,beaches,sun ,restaurants,casinos ,disco it was great aventure
My host were very helpfull to show us around and very nice people
The appartment was fully equiped and well furnished ,the bedding very confortable
The pool is just at the door of the appartment and there is a nice beach on the lagoon
