I can't believe that we would have almost missed the wonderful experience of dining in this excellent restaurant as we were given the false impression that it was for members only....NOT the case! The minute we arrived and docked our boat to the marina, we had the feeling it was going to be an unforgettable evening...the place looked absolutely stunning!
Upon arriving at the restaurant we were immediately welcomed by its delightfully warm and friendly staff -Yulia, Shirby, Stacey - who tended to our every need at all times, were very knowledgeable about the menu and provided exemplary service!
We ordered deep-fried calamari, shrimps, mixed salad and onion rings for starters, followed by steak, salmon ,penne pasta with house-made sausage and eggplant parmigiana as main courses and finished with ice-cream and a fruit salad...paired with a french red wine Crozes Hermitage from their wide selection...everything was beautifully presented and exquisitely delicious, to say that our palates were satisfied would be an understatement! The chefs and Roxanne, the person in charge of the restaurant's kitchen, did a really wonderful job. Simply excellent!
And last but not least...the fantastic cocktails! Instead of going for the usual choices in cocktails, we opted for two ''Kalliopi'' (pink grapefruit sorbet with Aperol, Cointreau and lemon vodka) and two ''Muse'' (Port, Campari, fruit punch, martini rosso and vodka) cocktails which were created by the restaurant's maitre d' and very talented mixologist...absolutely refreshing!
The food was of very high quality yet not overpriced, the service was excellent, the view absolutely stunning! Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience in the Carribean!
