My parents and their friends are owners and I was lucky enough to be able to tag along on their trip this time. It was everything I hoped it would be from what they talked about. Harry and the staff are super friendly, with a pot luck dinner one night. The view is awesome and relaxing. You get to know the people staying because it is a small resort. We could walk to eat or go to Georgetown. We did cook most nights and sat outside for dinner. Great snorkeling right off their dock. I can't wait to tag along with them again small relaxing pool to cool off in.

Coral Sands Resort was perfect for our vacation! It's a small, quiet resort. Rooms are lovely, right on the water and we were lucky to have an oceanfront view out of our room.Arrived early and surprisingly, Harry let us check in (we thought we would have to wait). There was really no need to go anywhere. Amazing reef right in front of the resort, great for snorkeling or diving. Absolutely beautiful sunsets! Grocery store across the street. Restaurants within walking distance. Great WIFI. We did explore the island but wound up spending most of our time snorkeling right there. Harry is awesome! He hosted pot luck night on Tuesday evening! We got to meet everyone staying there and really enjoyed the evening. From that point on, we were all like family! Very unique experience for a timeshare resort (and no pressure for sales pitch either, not even mentioned...) Really LOVED this place! Highly recommended! For those who want a big place with lots of action and lots of amenities, this is not for you. If you like peace and quiet, friendly people, snorkeling and diving right in front of your resort, then check this out!

Room Tip: If you can get a room facing the ocean, it's great!

we stayed at the Coral Sands and LOVED IT! It's a small resort, only 12 units. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We had a townhome and loved the unit. Completely equipped, including a washer/dryer in the unit! Everything is within walking distance (we did NOT rent a car), including a grocery store across the street, many good restaurants and even downtown Georgetown is close enough to walk. The staff will provide transportation to Georgetown or the short distance to 7 Mile Beach (where you can rent beach chairs/umbrella). We took 2 off site tours....the Stingray City/Starfish Tour and the Bioluminescent Bay Tour (both highly recommended). Cayman is known for its scuba diving....but we just snorkel. Our days were spent at Coral Sands beach (on the deck), and the snorkeling at the resort was as good as any snorkel tour we have ever taken! Plenty of fish and even got to follow a sea turtle. Tuesday night the resort has 'pot luck' dinner for all the residents....bring a dish while the resort supplies handmade bbq jerk chicken and a curry chicken, EXCELLENT!. Will definitely go back!

We stayed at the Coral Sands in the Cayman Islands and had one of the best vacations we ever had. Harry and Andre at the Resort make everything so easy. There are only 12 units and everyone gets to know one another real fast. Andre puts on a delicious Caribbean BBQ every Tuesday for the guests consisting of Jerk and BBQ Chicken, Black Beans and Rice, Macaroni and Cheese and RUM PUNCH! All the guests add either a side dish or desert. What a fun time! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beach is right there as well as the pool and its a short distance to shopping. We also went on a SERENITY CHARTERS boat with Lisa Navickas and Snorkled, Swam, Held and Kissed Stingrays and Held Starfish in our hands. Lisa is amazing and is loved by everyone at Coral Sands. The Resort is right across the street from KIRK'S market ... so convenient! St Ignatious Catholic Church is not too far from the Resort and the Mass was beautiful. Everyone participates and lots of young people attend the Mass. The 1 and 2 bus cost $2,50 per person US. Taxis are more, but very punctual.
