We ate lunch here with 2 other couples. We all loved the food! Thai and pesto vegetable noodle bowls were excellent and filling. Soup and salad combo was also great. We shared 3 different desserts and they were all wonderful! Definitely worth the trip!

Searching for a green drink in Turks and Caicos? Look no further. Retreat has delicious home made juices as well as a lovely menu of healthy meals and snacks. Juices are a bit pricey but I thoroughly enjoyed mine after a class at Retreat Yoga right next store.

A must visit when in Turks. They have daily specials and delicious juices. If you have a fridge, I suggest stocking it up with some other nutrient dense juices and salads. Expect to pay $$$ though.

I had a breakfast smoothie, a shot (ginger, apple, tumeric), a muffin, coffee, kale salad, tumeric hummus, crackers, and soup. Everything was excellent!
They close early (3 pm), weekdays, close at noon on Saturday, and closed Sundays.

The Hungarian yoga teacher at the Palms told me about this place and I am so glad she did. Finally was able to get some healthy meals in, some nice green juices, great soups and salads and toast (sandwiches) All very nicely prepared. It just makes you feel healthy coming here and you feel good afterwards! Too bad they were always out of the cookies, we would have loved to try those too!
