Absolutely magnificent. There is no beach but really who needs one with the pool and lots of area to roam. Management company was amazing, we had a wonderful time, the home is amazing. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
My husband and I, along with two other couples, rented Villa Balinese from May 25-June 1 of this year. For the most part (inside and pool area), it is exactly like it looks in the pictures. However, the little hut that is shown with the beautiful white pods inside, is not right off of the pool area, as it looks in the picture. First, one has to walk over a bridge, situated over the pool. It felt like it was made of granite or something, and it was scary trying to cross it (slippery). Next, one has to climb THIRTY steps down the hill, and the steps are uneven and carved out of sharp rock. That climb down to hut and water could cause serious injuries, if a person had a misstep. Lastly, the beautiful white pods had been replaced by dark-colored beanbag pillows. It was not the place we imagined when we anticipated spending most out time in that inviting-looking place.
My husband and I spent a week at Villa Balinese and it was the most romantic experience. The breathtaking views and the luxury of the home just blew us away. Our stresses just melted away and we were finally in paradise. So recommended, we will make it a yearly tradition. The most difficult part was leaving! Coming back as soon as possible...
