What a huge disappointment. I booked this tour and paid for it prior to arriving in St. Thomas. Once we found the bus (there was no one holding a sign as stated there would be) we boarded the bus and waited and waited. Once "Taxi Love" finally started the bus we traveled a couple of miles to the downtown area only to pull over and wait once again for his brother's bus to arrive . This was another 30-45 minute . We then started to travel up the mountain to an overlook. Guess what.....we pulled over and waited another 45 minutes. The other bus left with the peoples belongings on it to go back and pick up someone else. When the bus got back and people started getting on board the buses were full. They separated 2 young girls from their grandmother and put them in the cab of the bus we were on. We once again started up the mountain to the obnoxious behavior of our driver. (Pumping his brakes to the beat of the music). He dropped us off at the top of the mountain with no instructions as to when to be back on the bus. We wondered around about 20 minutes and everyone started heading back to the bus. By this time everyone on our bus was angry and were really looking forward to our beach time we had paid for. We get to Magens Bay and are informed that if we want to get off the bus we must pay an additional $5.00. Some of the people were from another boat that was leaving earlier than we were and did not have enough time for the 2 hour beach time as stated in the tour. We all agreed to just put this miserable tour behind us and asked to be taken back to the port. I watched as one mother had to explain to her children that they would not be able to swim in the ocean as she had promised them all day that they could. I have traveled extensively and have booked many excursions. This was the worst one I have ever experienced. First time I have seen a bus unload and no one tipping the tour guide!!
