Description: At Morgan’s Mango, we try to reflect the life of the islands, a place of dazzling light and color, tropical breezes and starry nights, a relaxed and sensory experience.Joining us, to share in the culinary history of an island world crowded with so many wonderful cultures that it takes your breath way. Our food covers many Caribbean and South American cuisines—Creole, Bahamian, Cuban, Jamaican, Haitian, Puerto Rican, Argentinian and Mayan. All of these cuisines have been influenced by the original inhabitants of the islands, the Arawak and Carib Indians, as well as the Africans, East Indians and Chinese who arrived later. Add to these the foods of the Spanish, French, British and Danish settlers, and you have an incredible melting pot of ethnic and classic cuisines.Hence Cuisines of the Caribbean, a neo-Caribbean experience conveying the juice and jazz of the islands, a carnival of flavors and lifestyles.

This place was highly recommended by a friend/guide on St Thomas, and I can see why! The atmosphere is so fun and "Caribbean." Upon climbing up all the stairs and entering the open air restaurant, surrounded by the tops of palm trees and beautiful views, you feel transported. The place was packed when we showed up, but we were lucky to score seats at the bar. Service was top notch, especially the bartender, who, when my husband asked what the crazy bright green frozen cocktail he was making was, promptly poured him his own to try out.

From the ceviche to the ginger & sugarcane pork, and from the paella to the key lime pie, every dish was delicious, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They loved that we had just gotten married on the islands 2 days prior, but we were still left feeling as though they would've given that level of service and attention regardless.

All in all, a great night was had, and we look forward to returning!

Celebrated last nite of 10 day vacay by dining here. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive & fun. Drink & dinner recommendations were spot on & delicious. Really fresh, fresh catch options. Snapper. Scallops & island lobster cakes were perfectly prepared & plated beautifully. Specialty drinks & martinis brought awes around the table. Pricey entrees but worth it for these foodies for sure.

This was one of the nicer restaurants that we went to in St John. We went on Lobster night (which my wife enjoyed). The atmosphere, drinks and food were good but expensive (a common complaint on St John).

The food was amazing and the service was spectacular. If you are looking for a really good meal (Fresh fish, lobsters, ceviche...even pork chops) you need to visit Morgan's Mango! The charge a cork fee normally (of $25 per bottle) but they waved it for us since we had such a large group (and bill). Oh, and they had a guitar player/signer. Loved the atmosphere!

If you love Caribbean lobster, you are going to love lobster night! We had two drinks, an app, our lobsters stuffed with crab (and free wine!) and a dessert and came out at $170 which we were super happy with! Quaint, cute restaurant with good service. Don't miss out on Tuesday's or Saturdays!
