My husband and I are already thinking about when we can come back to the St. John Inn. Phil and Mary Kay go above and beyond when it comes to good service (Phil even insisted on giving us a ride home a ride when we were stuck without a cab). The rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Breakfast and rum punch daily were definite perks!

We stayed at the St. Johns Inn and it was a very welcoming place. felt like you were staying at a close friend or family members house. Not everything is perfect or what your used to but its made up by Phil and Mary Kays service. Bathroom little smaller then i prefer and no central air are the 2 things I would have preferred different, other then that we loved the landscaping made a very tropical and relaxing feel to the place. If you needed anything or had a question about the Island Phil and Mary Kay were there to help or recommend a spot. We talked to people from the large chain hotel on the island and they complained they had to take a taxi every time they wanted to go to the rest/bar area, but at the St. John inn your in walking distance to most everything there.

My wife and I would stay again and again thanks to Phil's excellent service, the charm of the beautiful property, the clean rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed and all the extra perks we received but you will have to stay to experience it:) St. John Inn is well worth your stay on the island. We had a wonderful trip to St. John. The inn is clean, comfortable, and inviting. It is also in walking distance of the ferries, restaurants and shops. Open air taxis are readily available to take you to the beach or whatever adventure you choose. Phil and Mary Kay were graciuos hosts, even dropping us at the ferry with our luggage. They also hooked us up for a sailing/snorkeling trip on the Kekoa, which was wonderful. Thanks for the hospitality.

I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff at this inn. We had a problem with our room and were immediately moved to an even better and bigger one. The staff helped us book an excursion and even gave us towels and sunscreen for the trip. They provide breakfast in the morning and rum drinks in the evening. They go out of their way to help the guest. The inn is very centrally located and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Jeep rentals are located just across the street.

Room Tip: If you are staying for a longer period of time get a room with a kitchenette. The room we had was huge with a very large kitchen and seating area.
