The Marley has rooms named after Bob Marley songs which was cute. Overall it is a nice quiet place to eat and relax. Here are some pros and cons I encountered during my stay.
Located right on the beach
Room was cleaned well everyday by the staff
Food at hotel restaurant was delicious. (Jamaican food)
Quiet/relaxing environment (Bob Marley music played daily)
Friendly and helpful staff
Short bus ride to downtown Nassau
Grocery and liquor store across the street
Water in the room smelled and tasted funny- I was advised by Mike the hotel manager it was not harmful. The hotel provided 2 bottles of bottled water free daily.
Drinks at hotel although tasty and strong were expensive. Buy your own soda and alcohol at the liquor store across the street and mix your own drinks. The bar provides you with ice.
Hotel needs some upgrades but overall it is a quiet beachfront hotel with friendly & helpful staff.More
