Visited the Sapona as part of an excursion. The snorkeling was great, beautiful reef, fish etc... Snorkeling inside the Sapona was something I'll never forget. Be careful with fire coral and jelly fish, but other than that, nothing to worry about.

We hiked up the ship and free-jumped from it. What a experience!
Being inside is interesting as well - you never know when you'll see some big or small fish and what it might do to/with you, so...that's quite an adrenaline rush.

Very unique site to experience. Great snorkeling, and for the thrill-seekers, climb the wreck and take a leap!

A fun afternoon to be had seeing the wildlife among the artificial reef known as the shipwreck Sapona. It's a popular snorkling spot and many people climb up the rope laddres and jump off the ship. Warning - you need to be in decent shape to climb the rope ladder, it's not an improved site. It sits in about 20 feet of water and is a quite interesting wreck that you can swim in and around.
