We got early check in which was great, Stayed in the deluxe side of the hotel top floor, view is nice of the cliffs,
Breakfast was good.. plenty to choose from, room service was ok... we had club sandwich but because it’s cooked in the other side of the complex (breakfast area) by the time it was at are room it was cold.
WiFi in the place is not to good always disconnecting you. Pool was nice and clean but there is no shade around the pool and only 4 parasols to 20+ sun loungers... you do the maths.....

Would I stay here again ? Yes.

The best thing about a hotel is when you arrive early and the room is ready before check-in. To add to that, they upgraded our room to larger and quieter ones. We got everything in the mini-bar for free.
The rooms are spacious and aesthetic. They gave us a cute new year gift as well - some Eco-friendly straws. They’ve got two pools on the property, both similar looking and quite nice.

Here is a review of the premise during my stay.

Postive:
1)Got to stay at the new building up the hill. All looks new, clean and good.
2)There are many food just outside of the hotel.
3)The pool view is amazing with the picturesque view of the cliff at the background.
4)Housekeeping were prompt.
5)Aircon was strong.
6)Room/toilet are new and clean.
7)Bed is comfortable
8)It is on the less crowded trail of the street. But beach is just 10 minutes walk.
9)Near to Mother Marche supermarket. Get your stuff here as it is cheaper than 7/11.
10)Food center is a short walk. Here food is cheaper than everywhere else but it is open concept dining.

Here the negative about the premise.
Negative:
1)Failed to honour the room type as per booking although advance payment were made. After lengthy exchange, the manager appeared and said it is subject to availability! Yes she did offered the booked room the next day after the guest check out but it is unethical not to fulfill the booking in the first place. Perhaps the limited knowledge in English conversational made them agitated easily if plans dont go their way. Similar observation were made for other services elsewhere.
2)Guest have to walk up/down a steep slope to access the new building where the reception is. There is a staircase at the side though.
3)The hotel room maximum occupancy is 2 person. Extra person is subject to additional fees from 400baht to 1000baht per person/per night. Saw a family debated with the front desk as they were required to pay for their children although the room booked comes with 2 queen bed.
4) Room will be checked upon check out. Any missing item or broken will be charged.
5)No shuttle service to nearby tourist spot. You can always get tuk tuk or bus.However it will be good to have such service for guests.
6)It will be good to have a broom in the room as sand from the beach can follow u back lol.
7)Full set of toiletries it not available. So bring your own.
