The hotel is not bad but the personal in general is awful. This hotel should definitely talk to the thai guy who was at reception the night of July 23th. He was The most rude and stupid person i met in thailand. Not make any sense as a recepcionist. I would NEVER come back just because of him.

Stayed in room A105 which is the pool access room. Room was big and spacious with firm king size bed. The extra bed which is almost like a lounger at the side was very small. More suited for small children. Was ok for me as it was for my 6 year old. The balcony which is facing the pool comes w 2 sun lounger and a small table. Very comfy altho the towel from receptions stinks quite a bit. So would recommend to just use ur in room towel. Theres a lot of mosquitos at night so buy a mosquito coil from the nearby supermart. Theres stairs leading to the pool fm the balcony and this room leads to the deepest part of the pool. So beware for small children. Theres extra surcharge fr children above 3year old. We paid abt 300thb per night. Buffet breakfast was ok altho we wr served ala carte on our last morning due to low occ. No issue w hot water shower or bathtub. Toilet was clean and housekeeping kept our room clean daily. They wr also fast to send extra towels up. All in all great hotel!

The hotel is in a good location - close to 2 beaches. Ao Nang is further away which is turn left at the end of the road and is nicer beach by far.

The room was nice, big in size and clean. Only thing was the smell of old wood which didn't disappear in the 3 nights I was there.

Wifi is slow and its normal as their connection is slow so not an issue as I bought their Local sim card which gives me 5 days free wifi and alot faster...

7-11 and their family mart is just on the left and right side of the hotel....

I like the location as it is away from the crowded streets of Ao Nang which you can take a tutu back for 50 baht per person if you are tired of walking...many massage parlour around the hotel so not to worry if it is crowded....

The only down side is that every morning there is this family with children which will be screaming around at 7 plus am in the morning which woke us up.....

The hotel upgraded us to a bigger which was the best thing ever and believe it is due to low season during the visit.....it was near to Kodam restaurant which is my fav place to go for lunch and dinner but require abit of effort to find it if you do not have a local sim to access google map.....

The hotel is in a good location - close to 2 beaches. The further away one (turn left at the bottom of the road) is the nicer beach by far.

The room was nice, good size and clean. Only thing was the smell of dampness which didn't disappear in the 6 nights I was there. Not sure if it was the air con or something. On the topic of air con, it was VERY noisy so perhaps take ear plugs if you're bothered by noise when sleeping.

The wifi absolutely does not work in the rooms. I asked about this an was told to only use reception wifi which of course only works at reception.

What really let the hotel was the staff. The was extremely rude and disinterested. The were more concerned about being on their phones - which they were ALL the time - than doing anything else.

I approached the desk one day as I had injured my eye and couldn't see properly and asked for a taxi to the medical centre. The girl simply pointed across the road to a tuk tuk and didn't say anything else.
You had to stand at the desk for a few minutes before anyone bothered to look up from their phones and give you any attention - ridiculous. At one of point there was 5 girls all on reception just sitting looking at their phones.

Probably wouldn't stay again. Much better options in the resort.

Good: Comfy bed, wifi strength was decent at Room 217 but you have to keep logging in each time you come back. They upgraded us to a pool view room which was nicer than a street-facing one. Quieter, and definitely more aesthetically pleasing when we opened the curtains in the morning! Our room was in a quiet wing, but not sure if it was due to the fact that it was low season. Nice pool. It is very near a good gym, Heroic Fitness Club, at the nearby Nagapura Resort. Lots of eateries nearby provided good options for days when we were lazy to head over to the main stretch. Short walk from Andy The Tailor! It's a little further from the beach - about 15mins walk, not 5-10mins as advertised. But it's quite an easy walk, so we didn't mind.

Bad: The air conditioning unit was difficult to control. It was either too cold or too warm and this is a 1°C difference adjustment on the thermostat! The service is a little impersonal but it's fine by any standards.
